Orange Glazed Carrots


1 lb. baby carrots
2 T. butter
1/4 C. orange juice
1/8 C. packed brown sugar
1 T. honey

Place the carrots in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil and cook till fork tender, about 10 minutes. Drain the carrots and return them to the pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring back up to a boil. Reduce the heat to med. high and cook, stirring often, until the liquid has thickened and reduced, about 7-8 minutes.
